Chef Riccardo Lucque invites you to a summer barbecue in the Aromi Garden, because all fresco tastes the best. Look forward to the smell of fire and fresh ingredients, from which you can prepare sexy summer specialties together. Come and get inspired and take your cooking skills to the next level. To the begining Riccardo welcomes you with a glass of bubbles in the garden of Aromi restaurant. Then you put on the cooking aprons and start preparing the Italian menu from the grill. Riccardo chose recipes for which he puts his hand to the fireYou will be happy to return to them every summer.
As a starter, we will prepare Riccardo's family recipe from Marche - crispy grilled calamari with anchovy mayonnaise. Riccardo will tell you how to clean seafood and know its freshness. You will see that it is easy, just know how to do it. This fresh summer starter is one of the most popular antipasti in the Aromi restaurant and guests return to it repeatedly. Another specialty will be roasted grilled peppers, eggplant caviar with mint and buffalo mozzarella. Hmmm? We haven't tempted you yet, then we have the main course - beef tagliata with pepper sauce and ash baked roasted potatoes. On this classic specialty we will show you how to prepare tender and juicy meat. The course ends with a sweet dot - grilled caramelized peaches with mascarpone.
And because the good mood belongs to Italy and the summer atmosphere at the grill, each course is complemented by the best Italian wines from the Albarelo production. The wine pairing will be prepared by sommelier Pavel Kramár.
During the preparation of the individual courses, Riccardo will teach you cooking techniques and tricks that are used by top chefs and with which you will always achieve a perfect result. And in addition to culinary skills, they will teach you to love authentic Italian flavors. Since 1993 Riccardo worked in London, e.g. for Zafferano restaurant. He has become the executive chef of the chain of five Italian restaurants there. Because of his work he moved for a short time also to New York. In 2002 Riccardo came to Prague as head chef of a restaurant called Square. Three years later he opened his first restaurant – Aromi, then La Finestra in Cucina and La Bottega bistros followed shortly.
