  • Grilled Padron Peppers with smoked salt and lime
  • Beef slider with cheddar, smoked pork neck, mustard mayonnaise, pickled cucumbers and fried onion rings
  • Beef with talegio cheese, chorizo, avocado, spicy bbq sauce, fried egg and rucola
  • French fries with cheese sauce and bacon

3 300 CZK including VAT per person

At your request, we started with grilling season a little bit earlier. The popular Dish Burgers course of Jirka Janouch and his eradicated burger is coming back to the scene of Laboratorio. Another course will be full of inspiration from Jirka, who once again prepared exceptional combinations of flavors. As a starter, you will learn Padron Peppers grilled with smoked salt and lime, then will come the two great beef burgers and at the end we will prepare fries with cheese sauce and bacon.

And the course it's not just about burgers. Olga Romanová from BeerGeek will have a degustation of craft beer from microbreweries. A good burger and a treat of an honest beer, this is combination we would not hesitate for a minute. See you in the Laboratorio.

Jiří Janouch

Jiří Janouch graduated from hotel school in Prague. He knows one of the owners of the bistro Dish from the time they worked together in the Hotel Yalta restaurant COMO, where Jiří worked as chief of cold cuisine. In DISH he participated on preparation of the complete concept before actual opening of the bistro and each item on the menu is his "baby".
