Champagne is a delicious drink that can refresh and please all taste buds. It is a celestial beverage full of stars that we like to drink on celebrations or special occasions as a toast. However, some champagne may also be a wine that is so interesting, full of flavor and complex that it can accompany the entire evening and even pair with the complete menu. You will be able to see this at the new Martin course, which was inspired by his friend Pavel Palas. Pavel has fallen in love with champagne from small-scale growers, which is often sold out for years to come and is very difficult to get to. And it is just such champagne from a single winemaker we will taste, drink the whole evening, but we will also cook with him.

Martin Kortus
He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
