Chef Ondra Hutník loves cooking, he enjoys mainly Asian cuisine for its colorfulness and variety. Cooking literally engraved under his skin, tattooed his favorite ingredients and things that belong to cooking, because it is inherently related to his personality. We promise you that his course with the taste and smell of Asia will also engrave under your skin. Expect the best. Ondra will teach you how to prepare your favorite Asian dishes at home, how to charm your visit with ideas, presentations, and tastes.

Ondra has been engaged in various Asian cuisine for a long time, reveling in interesting and original dishes, which in its administration taste divine. He has spent five years at Mandarin Oriental Prague, he has spent international internships, including at the Yong Yi Ting Michelin restaurant. From 2018 he worked as a sous chef at the Sia restaurant under the direction of Chef Jiří Štift, with whom he traveled through Hong Kong and Taipei, where they gathered new inspiration. Since March Ondra accepted the new challenge and became the head chef of Toodway catering.

Ondra started cooking in Scotland, after his return to the Czech he cooked in Maze by Gordon Ramsay restaurant at the Hilton old Town hotel, Phenix, V Zátiší, Čestr and than the Mandarin Oriental Prague, where he spent 5 years, last 2 years as the Deputy Chef. Ondra has also managed internships abroad at Michelin stars restaurants. From 2018 he worked as a sous chef in the Asian restaurant Sia led by chef Jiří Štift. Now he works as chef of Toodway Catering Group Together.
