The most delicious Italian ice cream in Prague? No hesitation, the one from Crème de la Crème. Who tasted it eagers to know what hides behind its perfect taste, and why it tastes so incredible. Those who haven't tasted it, are definitely going to do it. You are trying to make ice cream at home, but you still fail as you wish, then the course with Crème de la Crème cannot escape.
Master ice cream maker Honza Hochsteiger will teach you the best gelato. It explains the procedures, but also reveals simple production patterns that must be followed to always produce great ice cream. You will learn how to make the ice cream just cold, have a pleasant texture and delicious taste. Honza has been testing home made ice cream and sorbets for a long time to make sure you learn how to make the best at home. One of the secrets of his ice cream is honesty. All ice creams are made by hand using traditional Italian craft ice cream makers in the original way.
How will the course run? We start right away by tasting Crème de la Crème ice cream and a bit of theory and history. We will then teach you a formula to calculate ice cream recipes. We start to make ice cream and sorbet in groups according to the calculated recipe and we will taste again. Take home small brochures with basic recipes and ice cream. If you have fresh fruit in your garden, take it with you. Together we will think of any ice cream from the available ingredients.

Honza is better known under his nickname Master of Ice Cream or Mr. Zmrzlinka. And no wonder! He has been making crafts ice cream since 2002. He gained experience in Italy for four years, where he also graduated from Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna. In Prague he worked for major ice cream shops Cream & Dream or Cremeria Milano. In 2015, he opened his own artisan ice cream shop, Crème de la Crème, which quickly gained popularity. Today it has three places where ice cream lovers return to the best in Prague! No wonder! Honza makes his craft really good name. Not only does he know the history of ice cream like no one else, but he sincerely loves his work and does it with great honor, and that is simply to know.
