Baker and food blogger Juliana Fischerová has prepared another irresistible course for fans of gluten, butter and baking. Who wouldn't love hot, freshly baked butter croissants and you will learn them with Maškrtnica.
The ready-made dough for baking will be available at the course, but we will also prepare the same dough from scratch. We will talk about how to achieve the most regular shape of croissants, how to capture the consistency of the dough, the cavities inside, crispness and goldenness on the surface ... in short and well, how to prepare the most buttery and delicious croissants ever. We will explain the translation technique that is the key to success. We will follow the theory with practice, you will try everything yourself, you will touch. And most importantly, you will be able to look at Juliana's hands, which will make it very easy for you to understand everything. In addition, you will have the space to ask a lot of questions that arise during the preparations and you would not be able to deal with them at home. We will go step by step and you will find that it is not at all as complicated as it seemed at the beginning.

She has started to write a blog in 2012 about sourdough baking, Maškrtnica.cz. She and another food blogger (Cuketka) are founders of sourdough starter map and movement PečemPecen.cz. Since she was a little, Juliana enjoyed baking and cooking mainly for the family, later on she baked custom-made products and then she has been baking and frying donuts for restaurant Maso a kobliha.
