Italian cuisine is so beautifully colorful and varied. It offers so many flavors, aromas and experiences, it's impossible for Riccardo to show you all the tastes of Italy by himself. We were looking for another top Italian chef who will become a member of our lecture team with love and passion. Because Riccardo set the bar very high for us, it was hard to find someone who meets all of our criteria. Leonardo has not only accomplished it, but has totally got us with his talent. We can't wait to show us another piece of Italy from his point of view. Enjoy delicious fish and seafood specialties. Leonardo will give you plenty of useful tips, how to prepare the octopus to never be stiff, how to properly prepare shells or work with artichokes. We will prepare fresh stuffed pasta, unconventional ingredients for the preparation of classic gazpacho and an absolutely great dessert full of texture, crunching and refreshment.

The course will be in English language.

The chef of the CottoCrudo with its team reaping recognition for the excellent cuisine. Leonardo cooked in Switzerland, the UK, or Japan he taught at one of the most prestigious gastronomic institutes the Boscolo Etoile Academy. As one of the most respected chefs of his generation, he is the happiest of making traditional meals seasoned with the Mediterranean.
