Frankie Gallucci will teach you how to prepare his famous Neapolitan pizza, which is prepared for preparation for home. The course is intended for beginners and under Frankie's guidance you will be able to do everything on the left back and you will also take the dough out at home from the course.

Succulent, crusty and unforgettable, that is the legendary pizza of Frankie, the loveable chef from Le Pizze di Frankie. His pizza grabs your heart from the first bite, and never lets you go. It’s a lifelong love affair, and we aren’t exaggerating. Frankie will introduce you to the theory and technique of pizza making. He will prepare the best pizza dough, and you can take some of it with you. Frankie tells you how to make authentic Naples pizza at home as well. You can look forward to trying Frankie style pizza with special recipe, so you can prepare your pizza at home oven. We will bake his famous Naples pizzas - margherita, quattro formaggi and diavola. And then, pizza romana in teglia on a baking tray. And don’t worry, everyone will be able to choose the ¼ pizza they most want to try. On top of that, many secrets and tips how to manage dough and fermentation process. Don’t miss it!

Frankie Gallucci

Frankie has loved food since his childhood. He got to Prague thanks to the internship in Ferrero. His domain and passion is pizza. For 9 months in a row, he studied the reactions and process of dough making, different kinds of flour, fermentation. All till the moment, he discovered the perfect combination. He loves the high-quality ingredients, his pizza became phenomenal in Prague.
