Martin Kortus invites you to the Aromi garden. This summer will be full of home BBQs so Martin has prepared fresh summer menu and he will show you how to be a master of any garden party.

We will prepare sea food on the grill which will take us to the sea side in our minds. We will swap classic burger for a slider with juicy mango mayo. You will see that pork meat is not boring at all especially accompanied with original sides. And the sweet finish with grilled pineapple - amazing!

And what more the menu will be paired with summer drinks company UPB. So you should not miss it either.

Martin Kortus

He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
