Are you “lost at sea” when it comes to cooking fish? Do you simply not know where to begin? Then this course is for you. The chef at La Finestra in Cucina, Tomáš Juřík, will teach you how to properly prepare fish and seafood. There is nothing like the taste of well-made fresh fish and seafood, and Tomáš can elevate it to a luxurious event on the plate. You will gain a wealth of experience, from picking out fresh fish and seafood to preparation and proper flavor. After completing the course, you will no longer feel like a “fish out of the water!” And you will appreciate the knowledge, and impress family and friends with simple dinners, family celebrations, and even the festive Christmas menu.
Lukáš has a lot of experience fe. in restaurants “Rybí Trh”, Les Moules and Renommé, where he participated in the opening of “Oblaca” where he worked as sous chef. In the Zizkov Tower Restaurant, he gained experience from Andrea Accordi, a Chef who brought the first Michelin star to the Czech Republic. After he came to work to La Bottega di Finestra under the leadership of chef Riccardo Lucque and Radek Hasman.
