Beautiful summer weather encourages you to go out to nature with friends and enjoy the peace and picnic in the park, in the meadow or in the wood, just wherever you like, especially in the fresh air. Invite a partner, friends, and colleagues from work to a blanket. We will teach you how to organize a perfect summer picnic.
On this cooking, the course will tell you how to prepare the best summer menu to fill your picnic baskets. Together with Lukáš Pocnar, the head chef of LaBottega di Finestra, we will prepare a menu in Laboratorio, with which you can go for a picnic right after the course when the weather permits us. Wherever you feel good, like Střelecký ostrov, Náplavka, Žofín, or you can enjoy it in Laboratoria as well.
Lukáš's summer menu is super tasty and practical. The menu will come in handy not only for a summer picnic but also a garden party or a snack on the go. We look forward to!
Lukáš has a lot of experience fe. in restaurants “Rybí Trh”, Les Moules and Renommé, where he participated in the opening of “Oblaca” where he worked as sous chef. In the Zizkov Tower Restaurant, he gained experience from Andrea Accordi, a Chef who brought the first Michelin star to the Czech Republic. After he came to work to La Bottega di Finestra under the leadership of chef Riccardo Lucque and Radek Hasman.
