Cooking class with Ambiente's creative chefs Jana Bilíková and Honza Všetečka is for all those who want to learn the universal conditions for preparing aromatic salad dressings such as poppy seeds, rose water or miso paste and the principles of making salads so that they always taste great.

Forget that salad is just a boring and necessary side dish for meat. We will show you how playful this food can be and teach you to prepare four imaginative salads that will inspire you to create many more. Look forward to unusual combinations - tomato, one aromatic, one refreshing, and more. Grilled meat is an optional addition to salads. And finally, as a surprise for you, Jana and Honza have one more run that you will prepare many times during the summer. What to look forward to!

The course will be held in the Aromi restaurant's garden.​

Jana Bilíková

A graduated lawyer is dressing up the rondon as the creative chef of the Ambiente restaurant network. She was selected as one of the Forbes 30 Under 30, and her job is to follow modern gastronomic trends. She gets inspiration from foreign internships. Her gourmet career began at Sasazu in Kampa Park, and then at the Michelin-starred restaurant La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise for 3 years.
