Laboratorio is ready for a true men’s evening. In this course’s leading role there is not going to be just food but also some fine whiskey. Your guide through the degustation will be Petr Kymla, the representative of World Class Ambassador, the partner of Laboratorio in this project. You will together prepare your menu from basic resources. First on the menu is going to be goose liver, then two beef delicacies: roast beef and rib-eye steak. The end of the course is going to bring the taste of chocolate along with forest fruit. And whiskey! Poured in the glass or in any form in all of the food… Gentlemen, you have something to look forward to!

He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
