Laboratorio is ready for a true men’s evening. In this cooking class will not play the main part only food, but also some fine whiskey.Your guides through the degustation will be head chef Martin Kortus and Petr Kymla, the representative of World Class Ambassador.
Together, you prepare fine menu from ecxlusive ingredients. First on the menu is going to be goose liver, then two beef delicacies: roast beef and Rib-Eye steak. The end of the course is going to bring the taste of chocolate along with forest fruit. And whiskey! Poured in the glass or in any form in all of the food … Gentlemen, you have something to look forward to!

Martin Kortus
He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
