Italian cuisine is so beautifully colorful and varied. And if we take international modern experiences of Davide, long term friend and kitchen collegue of Riccardo, we can offer you something special and extraordinary. We were looking for another top Italian chef who will become a member of our lecture team with love and passion. Because Riccardo set the bar very high for us, it was hard to find someone who meets all of our criteria. Davide has not only accomplished it, but has totally got us with his talent. We can't wait to show us another piece of Italy from his point of view. Enjoy delicious fish and seafood specialties. We will give you plenty of useful tips, how to prepare the fresh calamari, we will learn together flambé method and also learn how to adjust prawns into traditional italian meals such a gnocchi, how to properly work with fresh fish and cook it untraditionall way.

The course will be in English language. 

Davide Lagomarsino

Davide Lagomarsini is italian chef living in Prague and proud owner of Unica restaurant here. He traveled the world in order to gain more experience within local food like Spain, United Kingdom, France and mainly Australia. In Sydney he had find his passion for mixture of italian asian style of cooking and mainly for variety of preparation of seafood. He will be teaching us on our courses these special preparation of different type of fish and seafood generally.
