Come and make the Advent season more pleasant at Laboratorio and enjoy the leisurely baking of Christmas cookies in the company of confectioner Martin Beránek from Dolce Passione, who has selected his favorite cookies for you. Martin is a real master, hell even for very important personalities and Czech presidents, so you will be in the best hands.

You will enjoy baking at our Laboratory much more than at home! You can easily forget about searching for baking ingredients in crowded supermarkets, because you will have everything ready. In the same way, you can leave thinking about what types of cookies to bake without worry, because they were chosen directly by confectioner Martin Beránek. Thanks to Martin, you will also be relieved of the stress of not being able to make sweets at home, because with Martin you will always be successful. And the Laboratorium staff will take care of cleaning the entire kitchen, isn't it beautiful? You just take your candy home and you can start waiting for Santa.

Martin Beránek

Since 2003, Martin worked as a chef and pattisier at Ristorante Rialto. In 2008, Martin became the pattisiere for the Noem Arch Hotel. In 2009, he excelled again at Ristorante Rialto as a pastry chef. Since 2012, his professional career has been closely connected with La Bottega di Finestra, and later with Il Mercato in Brno. Martin also had the great privilege to bake for many VIPs, including the Czech Presdients.
