The aroma of cocoa, vanilla, coconut, rum, nuts and spices will be the foundation of a course dedicated to Christmas cookies. Many of you are not overwhelmed with enthusiasm when you think about making these traditional treats. Fighting crowded stores to buy the ingredients, agonizing over recipes, stressing about whether they will come out as you dreamed, and in the end you still have to clean the kitchen. But in the Laboratorio, you can relax. Enjoy baking with a great group of people, in a comfortable setting, and under the guidance of professional chefs to make it all fun and easy.

We have prepared beautiful recipes for you that have been proven over time. They taste sweet, and we present them in a real Christmas atmosphere. Our Christmas courses are always the most popular of the year, so come bake your Christmas treats with us!

 

 

 

Martin Beránek

Since 2003, Martin worked as a chef and pattisier at Ristorante Rialto. In 2008, Martin became the pattisiere for the Noem Arch Hotel. In 2009, he excelled again at Ristorante Rialto as a pastry chef. Since 2012, his professional career has been closely connected with La Bottega di Finestra, and later with Il Mercato in Brno. Martin also had the great privilege to bake for many VIPs, including the Czech Presdients.
