Viva l´Italia. The real Italy in Riccardo´s hands who will teach you the most favourite italian recipes. You will be in the real authentic athmosphere and taste "la sepmlicità in cucina" - the simplicity of italian cuisine. All of this during one cooking class.

The menu is endless of great dishes - minestrone soup, eggplant parmigiana, breathtaking potato gnocchi, veal samtimbocca and at the end caramelized pineapple with vanilla ice-cream.

This menu represents the best what can italian cuisine offers. It is back to roots. We all agree this is the real Italy we love. From time to time it is nice to try modern style or fine dining but at the end of the day, the easy, traditional and heavenly tasteful dishes are the best.

Riccardo is thrilled about this menu and he offers you five course menu! You will learn much more than just five recipes. You will learn many techniques and basic rules for any cooking at home.

Riccardo Lucque

Since 1993 Riccardo worked in London, e.g. for Zafferano restaurant. He has become the executive chef of the chain of five Italian restaurants there. Because of his work he moved for a short time also to New York. In 2002 Riccardo came to Prague as head chef of a restaurant called Square. Three years later he opened his first restaurant – Aromi, then La Finestra in Cucina and La Bottega bistros followed shortly.
