We invite you to our school. You will learn great, practical menus, and you can bring the kids with you! They will be playing in Laboratorio with childcare from Le Market Hlídárna, while lecturer Darina will teach you how to plan your menu for the week, how to buy the best ingredients, and how to keep the meals fresh. You’ll learn how to get the most out of your cooking, and finally, how to cook without recipes. This course will be full of tips, gadgets and inspiration.
Lecturer Darina is very interested in nutrition, has completed a nutrition course, and with her magic wand, is able to put together delicious meals that contain all the necessary nutrients for the healthy development of both children and adults. You will learn how to combine ingredients in the proper beneficial amounts. Whatever ingredients you have on hand, you can create healthy combinations. As Darina says, „Food is a pleasure for you and your children!“
Darina has been writing for the Apetit magazine for years and regularly comes to cook for the Czech Television show Sam Doma. She has two children who forced her to exchange wild parties for family dinners. He is a believer of old order: warm dinners where the family sits at one table.
