The future is plant based. If you are looking for inspiration for plant based gastronomy and are interested in everything around it, so believe that this course is worth it. We will guide you through the world of vegetable cooking and diet from scratch. At the beginning of the course will be theory, we will listen to your expectations of the course, to tailor it to you and give you the most valuable information. We will introduce basic plant foods, places where to find them and ways to prepare them.

In the practical part we will learn several types of vegetable milks and we will talk about their use in the kitchen. We will cook a quick miso soup, talk about soy, their forms and seasoning. We will introduce seaweeds and mushrooms widely used in Asia. We will also come across the themes of natural umami, the unnecessary demonization of sodium glutamate, foods naturally occurring umami, and why do Italians use lot of parmesan? We will learn to prepare basic vegetable broth and use it - zero waste live. We will prepare several variants of wraps, tortillas, in which we will use various meat alternatives from tofu, tempeh to seitan. And finally, we are going to make homemade paste.

Cooking without compromises awaits you with maximum emphasis on your taste buds, your health and the health of our planet. We can cook a lot and talk even more about the effects of plant cooking on health or sports performance. You will make sure that the plant diet can be varied and full-fledged. The course will be in charge of well coordinated team from the pair of founders of CATERINC project. They will introduce you plant based diet in wide range of its possibilities. They have more than 10 years of experiences with plant based diet, developing of new combinations and flavours with the focus on nutritional balance.

Co-founder of the CATERINC catering project, an active sportsman, loves cooking, the latest trends, and at the same time likes to rely on the best practices of our grandparents. He professes zero waste kitchen. It also deals with the nutritional aspects of vegetable cooking. He cultivates as much as possible in his garden, he likes to work with fresh ingredients, he can not resist the challenge of transforming traditional favorite recipes into their faithful plant copies.
