We cordially invite all lovers of white truffles to a feast served on a luxurious essential ingredient will be one of the most expensive ingredients in the world, the white truffle, proudly called a "diamond". Come and sit down at the Laboratoria table for a completely unique dinner. The season of white truffles is very short, don't miss such a unique opportunity to taste them! For the best quality truffles, gourmets and fans of this extremely rare delicacy flock especially to the famous Italian Pimento, which is rightly called the truffle kingdom. And you now have a unique opportunity to taste this delicious mushroom and experience the feeling of exceptional taste with a touch of luxury right on the premises of the Laboratorio cooking school. Chef Riccardo Lucque has put together a selected six-course menu for you, which he will serve to you step by step so that everything is in perfect harmony of flavors. Have you ever tasted a Tournedos Rossini steak, for example? Filet mignon, the best cut of beef, is combined in the recipe with fatty goose liver foie gras and a rare fragrant truffle. A true masterpiece.

Riccardo, as a native Italian, knows how to work perfectly with truffles. He knows their quality and freshness, so you will taste real gastronomic treasures on the course. The menu experience will also be complemented by a wine pairing from our importer Albarello. During the course, you will have the opportunity to watch Riccardo's preparation of individual courses, or just enjoy an undisturbed moment together with friends. In any case, believe that once this rare ingredient, the price of which is often around tens of thousands of crowns per kilogram, touches your senses, you will never be able to resist its taste and specific aroma...

Interestingly, during the white truffle season, you can look forward to white truffle specialties in all of Riccardo's La Collezione restaurants. Alternatively, you can purchase a wide range of San Pietro Al Pettine truffle products at our Italian bistro and grocery store, La Bottega Di Finestra.

Riccardo Lucque

Since 1993 Riccardo worked in London, e.g. for Zafferano restaurant. He has become the executive chef of the chain of five Italian restaurants there. Because of his work he moved for a short time also to New York. In 2002 Riccardo came to Prague as head chef of a restaurant called Square. Three years later he opened his first restaurant – Aromi, then La Finestra in Cucina and La Bottega bistros followed shortly.
