Irish gin An Dúlamán contains, in addition to juniper, coriander or angelica, above all 5 strains of different algae, peel from Spanish lemons and peel from Egyptian oranges
Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom (Tom Collins)
The basis of this French wheat-based gin is a total of 22 plant ingredients, among which stand out together with juniper, cardamom, lemon peel, orange peel, yuzu, pepper, kubéba, or also nutmeg, wormwood, almonds and cornflower and violet flowers

Canaima gin & East Imperial Grapefruit Soda (Highball G&G)
The light sweetness of orange peels and tropical fruit, which is soon replace by herbal notes, turning into a full flavor, where exotic botanicals, such as palm seed reminiscent of chocolate, develop against the background of classic gin.
Mermadi Zest gin (Gimlet)
Intense citrus notes along with subtle sweetness and a herbal touch, which are the result of 14 botanicals. In addition to juniper and classic botanicals, it is worth noting in particular sea graperfruit, bergamot, eldeflowers, wild rosemary and varieties of hops.

Scapergrace Black gin & Fever/Tree Indian Tonic (Gin &Tonic)
Contains aronia, saffron, pineapple, clitoris ternate and sweet potato. Thanks to this extraordinary mixture, it achieves an almost black color, which, when mixed with tonic or another mixer turns into shades of pink, purple or blue. It has a velvety taste with notes of citrus, spice and menthol, with hints of sweet potato and pineapple at the end.

Filip will guide you through world-famous brands and demostrate a variety of traditional and more rare cocktails, discuss the production and use of fing on an international scale, and guide you through the entire history of this unique spirit.
In addition, you and Martin Kortus - head chef of Laboratorio, will prepare perfect delicacies that simply belong to these gin cocktails, and you will also learn how to use this drink in its recipes in the kitchen.

Martin Kortus
He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.

Filip Jančárek je profesionální barman s 15letou praxí v prestižních pražských koktejlových barech. (La Casa de la Havana vieja, The Bankers bar). Mimo mixologii se věnoval degustacím a školení personálu a účastnil se řady barmanských soutěží, ve kterých dosáhl i mezinárodních úspěchů.
