Taro has the concept of Vietnamese cuisine and is on the top of the Prague gastronomic scene. We are pleased that Chef Khanh has accepted our invitation and you will collect the experiences just under his leadership. Only watching Khan's hands is very inspiring. You will learn unexpected techniques and work with unusual ingredients. Khanh is renowned for his innovative ideas, the precise design, and texture of his dishes. Believe that this course will bring you a whole new food experiece, we will move from Southeast to East Asia. Expect the thoughtful taste experience as you know from Taro.

We are thrilled to introduce you next to the Khanh Michal Černý, who is known from Café Lounge or Story restaurants, where he cooked european cuisine. He has experiences from several Michellin restaurants in London and he is brand new team member of Taro restaurant as a head chef. He has surrendered to Asian cuisine, he loves soups ans Massaman curry.

Khanh Ta

In addition to a home table, he also met Vietnamese kitchen during his internship at the Culinary Arts School in Saigon and work in family Hanoi bistros. It is worth mentioning the internship at restaurant Story Michal Černý or Entrée of Přemek Forejt. Together with his brother, they opened the Gao Den and then Taro, where they serve a seven-course tasting degustation menu at the bar around the open kitchen.
