Today, you can find Thai food in every corner of Prague. But is it the real Thai cuisine? Jidapha, who was born near Bangkok, sees it differently. After arriving in the Czech Republic, she noticed that Thai dishes had become more of a fast food. The traditional recipe has disappeared from them and the restaurants have a very similar offer of dishes.

Therefore, on this unique course, you will cook authentic and simple courses prepared according to traditional Thai recipes. They will smell and taste like the ones you find in street markets. Jidapha will help you prepare food with the Thai custom, which she carries in her heart forever.

The menu will include Choo Chee Pla or roasted sea bass in coconut sauce or Kai Thod Nai Sod Makham, a traditional Thai dish, fried chicken in tamarind sauce, which you will immediately succumb to. Cucumber soup with pork and shrimp awaits you as an appetizer. Are you already looking forward to it?

Jidapha Wisutrattana

Jidapha Wisutrattana was born in Suphanburi Province, Thailand, where she studied hotel management and worked in various five-star hotels for several years. She later discovered her great love for cooking and opened her own street stall with Thai specialties named Khan Jeen Namya. After arriving in the Czech Republic, she wanted to change the view of the cuisine of her native country. Occasional cooking at the celebrations has become an authentic and traditional Chilli Lips restaurant. Its goal is to show people real Thai cuisine, which offers an inexhaustible number of flavors. No substitutes or remakes of recipes, only real genuine tastes of Thailand, which you do not know in the Czech Republic.
