Eska is in a focus of customers as well as professionals. Eska makes trends, it experiments but it goes back to roots as well. The headchef Martin Štangl has endless passion for quality ingredients. He loves herbs and he is thrilled to rediscover forgotten ingredients which he uses to the last piece. Recently he has started to make his own ceramic dishes, which you can find in Eska.

During this class you will understand why Eska has its great name. You will learn where to buy best quality ingredients and support local production. And how to use it to maximum. Martin will show you all angles of nature around us. You will make four courses and you will start with fermentation. Look forward to excellent wines which follows the Eska philosophy. Martin Štangl

Martina significantly influenced the eight years of work in the Michelin La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise as sous chef. In 2015, his dream was fulfilled, he was at the opening of the new Eska restaurant as a chef. He loves wild herbs and nature is the main inspiration for him. He appreciates each one of her fetuses, he enjoys rediscovering forgotten ingredients and always uses it to the last bit.
