During this cooking class you will understand what makes Eska so special and why their guests love it. You will learn how to buy ingredients in the highest quality, how to support local production and how to use it for the maximum. Martin is passionate for everything growing around us and he will introduce you to the secrets of the nature in the kitchen. You will prepare four courses, learn basics of fermentation and all will be paired with the wines from the winemakers who see the world in the same perspective.

Look forward for the June´s edition!

Thanks to Made in Japan whose plates will be used in this course.

Martin Štangl

Martina significantly influenced the eight years of work in the Michelin La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise as sous chef. In 2015, his dream was fulfilled, he was at the opening of the new Eska restaurant as a chef. He loves wild herbs and nature is the main inspiration for him. He appreciates each one of her fetuses, he enjoys rediscovering forgotten ingredients and always uses it to the last bit.
