Martin, as a lover of everything that grows around the wheels, will take you to the secrets of the fruits of nature, appreciating each and every raw material and look forward to the art on a plate. Recently, as part of a break from cooking, he threw himself into making his own plates. And it turned out that it is now serving on his dishes in Eska.

The course with great menu and enthusiastic chef will be accompanied by exceptional wines. Look forward to wines from winemakers, whose philosophy matches the one from Eska, and which wonderfully complete your taste experience.

Martin Štangl

Martina significantly influenced the eight years of work in the Michelin La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise as sous chef. In 2015, his dream was fulfilled, he was at the opening of the new Eska restaurant as a chef. He loves wild herbs and nature is the main inspiration for him. He appreciates each one of her fetuses, he enjoys rediscovering forgotten ingredients and always uses it to the last bit.
