Traditional lasagne with bolognese sauce

Bolognese sauce is a best choice everytime, it is a comfort food. But it is a one pot dish as well. Riccardo will teach you how to make a traditional bolognese sauce which has many ways to use. He will share his tips and trick to make it perfect for everyone. We will use the sauce as a filling of lasagne which are very versatile and loved family dish as well. Lasagne alla bolognese a presto!

The cooking courses are streaming via Zoom aplication in your own kitchen.

After your payment you will recive:

  • link, where you will find the course
  • manual with all details for the smooth connection
  • list of ingredients for the menu
  • list of the ecquipment and dishes you will need

The chef will desrcibe you the procedure first and then will cook with you in a real time. We want you to enjoy the course as much as you can, so we are here for your any question, note or request to even slow down. You should not be afraid of the new concept of the classes - we have proved with our grandmas that it works and it is easy!

After the course we will send you the recipes of the menu you have prepared. We have just started with the new online concept, so we will be happy for any feed back.

Riccardo Lucque

Since 1993 Riccardo worked in London, e.g. for Zafferano restaurant. He has become the executive chef of the chain of five Italian restaurants there. Because of his work he moved for a short time also to New York. In 2002 Riccardo came to Prague as head chef of a restaurant called Square. Three years later he opened his first restaurant – Aromi, then La Finestra in Cucina and La Bottega bistros followed shortly.
