Every year, you bake same kinds of cookies so would you like to revitalize your candy repertoire? Or would you like to start baking, but classic Christmas species do not attract you too much? In both cases, the courses for baking Christmas cookies with Eliska, the confectioner La Finestra in Cucina are just for you. Eliška has been renowned for her Christmas sweets for many years among friends and family, and his reputation is preceded by him.

In each of these candy courses, we bake together and cook five kinds of not so traditional Christmas cookies. However, we will use traditional recipes and therefore you will use the acquired knowledge to prepare other types of candy.

We will learn how to prepare crispy dough and butter cream, we will also prepare one type of healthier candy, plus white egg and ganache. We can not wait for pistachio rolls and coconut rawfaelo.

Eliška has prepared for you two courses of candy, which are linked to each other. If you want to bake ten kinds of candy, so do not miss the other! The basis of a great candy is only the best ingredients, so we will work only with the best quality ingredients. The course smells of chocolate, vanilla, coconut, orange peel, and lots of nuts. If you want to enjoy baking cookies without stress and in a pleasant atmosphere, come to us. It is an experience at the Laboratory, take away only sweet memories and great candy from the course. Eliška Klanicová

She studied English and Economics, but she turned her life upside down thanks to her love of baking. She moved to London to attend the famous cooking school Le Cordon Bleu, where she was awarded the prestigious Grand Diplôme. She has attended many courses at Laboratorio, but now the roles have changed and the student has become the master. Eliška is a pastry chef of La Finestra in Cucina.
