Every year you bake basic Christmas cookies, and would you like to liven up your repertoire a bit? Or do you just want to start baking, but the classic doesn't appeal to you too much? In both cases, the courses in baking Christmas cookies with Eliška are just for you. This year we are announcing two courses and in each of them we will bake together and roll five types of not so traditional sweets. However, we will be based on classic recipes and therefore you will use the acquired knowledge in the preparation of other types of sweets. We will learn how to prepare shortcrust pastry and butter cream, we will also prepare one type of healthier sweets and as well as sugar icing and chocolate ganache. We will work only with the highest quality ingredients and the day will smell of chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, orange, coffee and lots of nuts. We will prepare, for example, crunchy peanut cookies with dulcey chocolate or a healthier variant of popular Moroccans. However, if five types are not enough for you and you want to have exactly ten, then don't forget to sign up for the second course, where we will bake completely different types!

Eliška Klanicová

She studied English and Economics, but she turned her life upside down thanks to her love of baking. She moved to London to attend the famous cooking school Le Cordon Bleu, where she was awarded the prestigious Grand Diplôme. She has attended many courses at Laboratorio, but now the roles have changed and the student has become the master. Eliška is a pastry chef of La Finestra in Cucina.
