Every year, you bake the same kinds of cookies and would you like to revitalize your candy repertoire? Or would you like to start baking but classic Christmas species do not attract you too much? In both cases, the courses for baking Christmas cookies with Eliška, the confectioner La Finestra in Cucina are just for you. Eliška has been renowned for her Christmas sweets for many years among friends and family.
In each of these candy courses, we will bake together and cook five kinds of not so traditional Christmas cookies. However, we will use traditional recipes and therefore you will use the acquired knowledge to prepare other types of candies.
We will learn how to prepare crispy dough and butter cream, we will also prepare one kind of healthier candy, plus caramel, icing and frosted dough.
Eliška has prepared for you two courses of candy, which are linked to each other. If you want to bake ten kinds of candy, so do not miss the other! The basis of a great candy is only the best ingredients. The course will smell of chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, orange peel, caramel and lots of nuts. She moved to London to attend the famous cooking school Le Cordon Bleu, where she was awarded the prestigious Grand Diplôme. She has attended many courses at Laboratorio, but now the roles have changed and the student has become the master. Eliška is a pastry chef of La Finestra in Cucina.
