Pasta with meat ragout

Cooking course where parents will cook together with their children. First, we will prepare pea soup, which will teach us the basis for all other vegetable soups, and we will show you a variety of garnish ideas. We will also taste different varieties of frozen peas to discover their differences.
We will next learn a meat ragout, which is ideal for freezing and can be used to prepare many dishes including lasagna, shepherd’s pie, pasta with ragout, pizza, baked baguettes and more.
For dessert, we will make a crumble, and we will let our imaginations loose a little. Everyone will prepare their own by mixing various fruits and the crumble ingredients.
In addition, the lecturer Darina has been interested in nutrition and healthy eating for many years. What does the food contain and how closely does it meet the needs for proper childhood development and adult health? You will learn a lot about how to properly combine raw ingredients, what is good for what, and whether you actually eat well. Oh, and how to not go mad. „Food should be a pleasure for you and for children!“
Darina has been writing for the Apetit magazine for years and regularly comes to cook for the Czech Television show Sam Doma. She has two children who forced her to exchange wild parties for family dinners. He is a believer of old order: warm dinners where the family sits at one table. The courses will tell you how not to go mad about children's (in) taste and duty to cook every day. Because "food is to be a joy for you and the children"
