We have been missing you so we have decided to introduce you online cooking classes! We want to be in touch with you, to cook together, to share delicious moments, but as well to give you some tips how to cook in this time and enjoy it! Martin will cook with you the well known and delicious dishes which are our comfort foods and they will blow away any sad thoughts. We will start cooking with soup, potato cream with mushrooms, then a gorgeous chicken on paprika with semolina gnocchi. And the finish will be sweet - a pear baked in caramel is exactly what you want in the fall. 

DETAILS OF THE COOKING COURSE

The cooking courses are streaming via Zoom aplication in your own kitchen.

After your payment you will recive:

  • link, where you will find the course
  • manual with all details for the smooth connection
  • list of ingredients for the menu
  • list of the ecquipment and dishes you will need

During the course you will prepare three course menu with our chef. The chef will desrcibe you the procedure first and then will cook with you in a real time. We want you to enjoy the course as much as you can, so we are here for your any question, note or request to even slow down. You should not be afraid of the new concept of the classes - we have proved with our grandmas that it works and it is easy!

After the course we will send you the recipes of the menu you have prepared. We have just started with the new online concept, so we will be happy for any feed back.

Martin Kortus

He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
