Course with the essence of French luxury, with the flavor and aroma of the famous Grand Marnier liqueur that will be blended into every course. Our famous duo, Martin and Peter, come with a course based on a popular liqueur with wild oranges.

The fresh orange flavor is enjoyed at traditional dishes such as the duck on the orange or the Crepes Suzette. Martin will also show you how to change the mayonnaise or give a sparkle of purée thanks to the sweet and sour taste of oranges. You can look forward to a complex menu with the finest ingredients of the highest quality, such as Argentinean shrimps, first-class foie gras or duck.

Gentlemen are a great team and have fun together, which is always reflected in the atmosphere of the course. We know that you really like them! Peter is looking forward to his exclusive cocktails, and Martin can‘t wait any longer.

Martin Kortus

He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
