This course is designed for anyone who wants to make Christmas with all the trimmings, including sugar, but without the use of animal products.
It is also different, tasty and yet sweet. Anyone who wants to try something new and discover unexpected possibilities of baking cookies will enjoy Marcela's course. Marcela has her recipes crafted and so, there is no need to use any unusual ingredients that often appear in vegan confectionery. You can easily prepare her cookies at home. Every bite of candy is a joy, bake it too!
Await you with “traditional” vanilla rolls, quite addictive coconut slices, and the most delicate Linzer bread. And we do not exaggerate it in the least. You can know her work from the bistro Mercy, which has become a popular place in Žižkov. Its creativity delights the taste buds there, and its pursuit of sustainability then the soul.
Marcela started her professional baking in the Vinohrady café Mezi zrnky (now Mezi srnky). She trained, experimented with gluten-free and vegan products, and searched for the best recipes for your favorite desserts. She began to bake to order and since 2015 supplied to cafes. With her baking, her flour sack ripped open so she had to find new premises and opened her own Mercy bistro in Žižkov.
