The prepartation of puffed dough is often a nightmare for many house wifes. But with this course with Roman, we will show that its preparation is not only simple, but also gives us countless possibilities to literally play with the dough.
Therefore, in addition to the yolk classic with a touch of brandy, we will also try a fruit variant during the course. Using fresh lemons, we will show how fruit can easily be incorporated int the cream. In addition, you will try out how deliciously we burnt mass can be used to prepare non-traditional canapés for your home guests and friends. You will surely make an impression with mini bauettes with pulled meat filling, or you will surprise a naked wreath with whipped blue cheese.
