Verrine William - with pear, beurre noisette and milk chocolate 40%
Verrine Noir - with cherries, bitter chocolate 70%, cocoa and tonka beans
Verrine Strawberry Cream - strawberry, vanilla and cream

Vladislav Ryasnyy, remember this name if you haven‘t heard of him yet, so you will hear. Vladislav is a pastry star despite his low age. He has taken courses at the best in the pastry industry such as Jordi Bordas or Frank Hasnoot. He travels for inspiration around the world and on his course he will teach you verrine- desserts in the glass. He will show you how to add elegance and thousands of sweet tastes to the glass. Vladislav will proceed from theoretical foundations and explanation of how the recipe works. We will prepare chocolate and fruit mousse (without lactose), fruit fillings such as compote, coulis or confit. The next step will be the preparation of chocolate and fruit cremeux or velvet cream. Finally, you will learn how to decorate verrine.

Vladislav Ryasnyy

Vladislav is one of the leading Czech pastry chefs. From 2016 he is a member of the national junior team of the Association of Chefs and Confectioners. He was awarded the "Young Craftsman of the Year" award. He is constantly attending other courses at the best in the field, such as Jordi Bordas or Frank Hasnoot. For inspiration, he runs around the world. His sense of perfection and perfect flavor doesn't have limits.
