The workshop was created in cooperation with the beautiful project "Zachraň jídlo". In the autumn, a cookbook will be published that saves money and our planet. Juliana Fisherová and Michal Hromas contributed to this cookbook with their recipes. They will both guide you through this course, discuss and learn how to use the resources you would otherwise throw away at home.
Zero waste is a subject that is now declining in all directions. It is very close to us because we approach the raw materials with love, respect, and we do not create unnecessary waste even in the Laboratorio kitchen. We will focus on raw materials that are most often left in Czech households and we will give them a chance to shine in delicious recipes. Don't you know what to do with old bread? Right here you will learn a lot of tricks about him, like how to make an excellent soup from old bread. And you know what to do with other kitchen surpluses. This is not a classic course, but a workshop that will be very rewarding. Beautiful theme, Maškrtnica, Hugo and we just think that now we can not wait for this meeting. And what about you?
